Nanotechnology, nanomedicine is a promising field that has been making progress in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in recent years and many of them are developing researchers.
Gold nanoparticles are most commonly used for nanotechnology in healthcare applications. But the fact that gold nanoparticles have a certain toxicity in the body leads to these investigations.
For this reason, our goal in our project is to make this promising technology the most biocompatible and to be used easily in the health field.
For this purpose, Dipal mitoyl phosphatidyl choline which is the most common phospholipid on the surface of the lungs and didodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide which is cationic lipids, were prepared in different concentrations and were conjugated with gold nanoparticles in lipid and liposome forms and 4 different solutions were prepared.
