Surface tension is an important property of fluids that needs to measured for applications in fields such as packing, hygiene, paint and refinement of minerals.
Unfortunately, devices used for measuring it is usually high cost and not accessible for most.
To solve this problem, we developed a new device with low cost for measuring it.
